Onmyo Kaiten Re:Birth Verse is surprisingly good and I feel like a lot of people might miss out because it appears to be typical shonen isekai slop with higher than usual production. It still needs to stick the landing but I am genuinely pleased by how often it has surprised me.

Hilariously my first thought was some sort of elegant bird? Brain went eagle but then started considering something further afield so - Motmot, Black collared Hawk, Scarlet Ibis or Malachite Kingfisher

Hussie did not ask anyone for permission which was pretty meh because of how intense he was about his own IP, but was still a neat thing to happen.

I finished Pacific Drive last night and the game was 85% fantastic and 15% a letdown and I have a lot of feelings about it and ludonarrative harmony or where the game had a perfect way to end that it just... didn't do & it felt so odd to me I'm still chewing on it a day later. So, have a thread. /1

Got the crew set up after having them all in a bag since anime north. Brown hair in plaid is a new gal I picked up for a steal (80 bucks) thanks to friends introducing me to Buyee. I think she's going to be Zoey from Demon Hunters because that gal gave me Feelings!

Grey is usually My Baby but since Anime North he has been pretty much ignoring me. Now he's all over Leslie! Which is fine, honestly, but still an odd change. Kitbit (pictured) has finally forgiven me all the con travel and has returned for scheduled lunchtime snuggles.
