I would have thought it to be a physical limit where they would have all "! blocs" identified by numbers 0 to 63. But since there are other versions with 65 then I have no idea

Dying frameworks and languages are a sign that even though these elements tried to do things in a different way, people ended up settling for better alternatives. I think this is a necessary consequence of improvement and should not be seen only as a bad thing.

At least they are willing to use #Java. Even though Java is not as good as more recent tools, it is still better than #Excel. The fact that it might have been an option is nightmare fuel.

my first though are that the last flip is a head in both stopping conditions so the probability would be 1 and the reciprocal would be 0. It feels wrong because it is too obvious. Have I misunderstood the question ?

If you want to help disabled people play your game, add controller support. A lot of handicapped people use special hardware that can be bound to controller controls in order to play your game.
