Nothing better than hanging with your kids when you get together on occasion. Tonight we made pizza, shucked oysters, laughed and listened to The B52s. It’s a dance party. There was wine and we all laughed and hugged. Merry Christmas

So I have been one of those guys regarding pineapple on pizza. Seems that it’s pretty good after all. Made this one with 65% hydration dough, pineapple and jalapeño salsa plus pepperoni.
