well converting the math to fixed point did...nothing. turns out the bottleneck are in how I was writing to the display. Getting what looks like 30fps, with the current bottleneck being (probably) the SPI hardware write speed limit

too costly, high risk. why send a human if a disposable robot shall suffice. At least purely from a research pov excluding the coolness factor

To their credit, it does grab one’s attention, for better or for worse…mostly the latter
