I’m finally back to where I was before the NIV failure incident a few weeks ago. I’m waitin for a meetin for gettin a different NIV. Some NIVs are fully portable, they’re also more expensive. I could get one if I had a tracheotomy. It’s frustratin because they know I wouldn’t survive without a vent.

Got some good news today!
This is good news for me at 39 years old with Duchenne. The meds I take are doing their job at protecting my heart, including a diabetic drug that can help some adults with Duchenne.

Groke is now one of my favourite independent coffee shops in Sheffield. Really enjoyed the coffee & brunch. It's a really nice & relaxing atmosphere. Food was amazing, very tasty. I'm a wheelchair user, Groke is wheelchair friendly. They're also dog friendly.

Just before a drunken d*ck fell on me at Corporation Sheffield, spilling my drink all over my legs. It was embarrassing. I thought security were zero tolerance with drunk AF people. She got thrown out, after throwing drinks at security, after gig had finished.
