113kg/249.5lbs c&j is a new PR! I definitely have more in me. clean felt great and caught high. jerk needs some work for sure. anyway I'm happy with this lift for now.

supposed to be deload week with 3 singles at 165lb but felt good so did a 175lb and 185lb snatch for funnsies and to see what that weight felt like. 200lb coming soon!
