The search for an at least passable Poirot game continues! The First Cases wasn't working out, so this evening we try something based on one of the actual novels. I don't believe I ever read The ABC Murders, and it has been years since I saw the TV episode, so this will be a fresh look!

Having finished this yesterday, I am somewhat surprised to say that Lord Winklebottom Investigates has been one of my favourite gaming experiences this year. Stylish, sharply written, and outrageously funny, I'd say it's one of the best 5-hour adventures money can buy.

Our detective game selection recently has been a bit of a bust. The Mystery of the Druids was atrocious, albeit unintentionally funny at times. And now it turns out someone forgot to save my game in Sherlock Holmes. This evening, we'll dig into something I've been looking forward to for some time.

To fill in the void after Indy, I decided to take an impromptu look at The Painscreek Killings last Saturday. It's shaping up to be a thrilling, if somewhat uneven, tale. After spending some time in the strange abandoned town, we know enough to at least form some theories. Live in 10-15 minutes!

I have to say, after playing playing The Order of Giants yesterday, I was tempted to boot it up again post-stream. The atmosphere so far has been immaculate, the mystery deeply intriguing. We ended after moving down a priest's secret passage, ending up in the sewer. There's nothing weird about that.

Today is the day, in about an hour we finally get to have a look at the Order of Giants expansion for Indiana Jones and the Great Circle. We finished up the main story yesterday, so we're all set to delve deeper into the mysteries of this ancient order.

We're shaking things up again starting today, with some Indiana Jones and the Big Round Thing! As a lead-up to the expansion dropping soon, we'll be playing through The Great Circle, and while I did play through this on release, I had so much fun I am really looking forward to having another go!
