What if EV charging access was as common as water or electricity?

With an estimated need for 45,000 new EV chargers by 2030, the @atlantageorgia.bsky.social is working to make electric vehicle charging options just as accessible as other public utilities through its 2025 EV Readiness Ordinance.
October 22, 2025 at 1:45 PM
@atlantageorgia.bsky.social first passed legislation to improve access to EVs back in 2017. Now, thanks to the vision and leadership of people like @andreforatlanta.com and Chief Sustainability Officer Chandra Farley, its 2025 EV Readiness ordinance has made it the most EV friendly city in the US!
October 21, 2025 at 7:06 PM
Cities have incredible opportunities to pursue electrification solutions. As our 2025 Policy Innovation winner, the @cityofatlantaga.bsky.social is a perfect example of how local investment and policies can make electrification accessible for all.

Follow along this week as we highlight their work!
