Also, do *not* recommend having an episode so bad you just get a crazy feeling of impending doom and then start hearing voices. Like girl what the fuck was happening to me in the summer? I talked to my psych about it and she was like "girl you were straight up having a psychosis episode" hello?? 🧍

Genuinely wish I was mentally present during 2025. Cause what the fuck was that, I was high key not there dude. Also really badly started having psychosis over the summer, in like May-june ish and was basically unable to think past basics. Not fun don't recommend

Oh but anti psychotics/mood stabilizers don't work because they literally made me stay awake for 4 days straight and I started having hallucinations even worse than I already was

AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH. That epic moment when you're diagnosed with BPD and thy said "oh yeah you've been emotionally shutting yourself off and and dealing with borderline psychosis since like March of last year according to how you've described everything that happened" 🙃
