I'm no expert, but at the very least, I'm reconsidering how, as a millennial, social media has impacted my life, the way I communicate, and what the world has seemed like. I'm not the only one. But I do want to continue staying connected, with whatever means I have.

Tech was something to be excited about, but now we're in a bubble flux, watching AI bloat, waiting for something to topple. It's easy to get discouraged, thinking all jobs are going away, thinking that poverty will be even harder to avoid, and everything that comes with that.

I miss that time period when more seemed possible and people made things, learned things, made do-hickies. The algorithms were possibly kinder, and Google searches were more coherent. Or maybe this is just pure nostalgia.

I remember one tech affiliated account was run by a data pro that was feeding fractals into a crocheting or knitting machine, making these killer looking scarves. I don't remember the account name, unfortunately.
