The White House testified under oath that Elon Musk isn’t an employee of the government. So under what authority is he doing anything, let alone taking a wrecking ball to the federal government?

I’ve been a champion for IT modernization in Congress, to find efficiencies and deliver a better quality of service to the American people. Elon Musk is doing none of that with DOGE. He doesn’t care what he’s destroying, and is doing real harm to the American people.
