Yes. Punting the challenge of removing phones onto teachers is ineffective, but it's also silly to put it onto district admin. The province should be more authoritative on this, imo

In BC the enforcement is up to local boards and admin. It's ineffective in practice.

I don't understand how people can universally agree that voters had made up their mind about Trudeau, but with Singh it's that voters don't really know him... Don't buy into the anti-corp prop, it's not what average Canadians care about

Most of the NDP base loved him. The average Canadian has been pretty far from the NDP base for a while now. The NDP abandoned average workers with Singh.
