Interesting - from the UK POV.
I am very pro-vaccine. I've had all my Covid jabs. I'm protected from the worst strains of flu. And - as an adult - I am proud to say that I have had my MMR jabs! Blimey, they hurt! But they only gave me a hurty arm - not autism.
