During my first trip to Kenya 10+ years ago, I remember being welcomed into a voluntary counseling and testing (VCT) center by women who were reliant on PEPFAR for their ARVs. While not a perfect model, 20 mil people like these women will not have access to medicines they need. This is simply cruel.
