The world is much cooler because Prince was in it, and I’m always proud to say he was from Minnesota. This year we have yet another reason to celebrate him—just announced that they will be honoring him with the lifetime achievement Grammy!
Prince will receive lifetime achievement Grammy, a prize usually for underrecognized artists
Other honorees include Frankie Valli, Frankie Beverly, Taj Mahal, Roxanne Shanté and the Clash.
