Not home atm so can't look through stuff but off the top of my head, I've been playing a bunch of Caves of Qud recently and that offers a lot of like options to the player as well as different unique modifiers to enemies/locations I think Wayfinder also had a pretty interesting system for dungeons

Having weird new things occur because of how the generation and game mechanics mesh together, and having lots of unique options to mess around with And good rewards

skulltaker's campaign is a little silly in multiplayer, some friends and I figured out that his "teleport to enemy lord" ability has an unlimited range lol but yeah khorne gets a little stale after awhile
