My theme for next year is balance. I feel like my mind, body, and emotions are at odds with each other. I'm being pulled in many directions, leaving me with little time or energy. I need balance to unify all aspects of my being and to find clarity and groundedness in this chaotic world.

May play with using spell cards when running D&D monsters with spellcasting. They could make quickly referencing spells, easier. I will try finding a website online to make and print the cards. Or alternatively, use notecards for the spells that I need.

I've found a personal hack for coming up with new character names at my job. I work at an airport as a form of security. Everyday I scan the boarding passes of dozens of people. This gives me an endless supply of diverse names to note down for my writing.

I am getting my journey started as a hobbyist voice actor. My first step is establishing a recording space. This has been tough to figure out given my less than ideal home circumstances, but I will break through it!

I am starting prep work for my cosplans for the rest of the year. Some of these plans may move on to the following year depending on how things progress. Some of the cosplays I'm planning are upgrades of older ones. Others are entirely new.

If I had to give a single piece of advice for improving at anything it is to not try to improve at too many things all at once. It won't help you improve faster. It will slow and burn you out. Try building on one skill at a time instead. Practice your punches and kicks before the crazy stuff!

06/14/25 Marked the day I finally revealed my first, most ambitious campaign setting, to my friends. The world of Ruinus has been in the making for about three or four years now? But, it was an on and off pet project that went through some restarts. Now it's close to coming alive.

I've fallen in love with salads. I found my favorite place to order from. But, I will try to meal prep my own salads to ensure a consistent diet.

Putting in real effort in learning how to cook. I'm doing it one meal at a time. My ultimate goal is to build up an "internal library" of meals that I can deploy at any time for any occasion.

Tonight's game session marked a return to DnD 5e for my group. We had one long combat that took up most of the session, but my players enjoyed it and had a lot of fun. I'm getting better at the combat aspect of DnD bit by bit.
