Read the book when I was between 10-12 and waited forever to see the movie.

Hopefully that will be this weekend.

Ending of the book still haunts my brain, so I'm hoping the movie does it justice. It seems like it should.

Hopefully they'll be better than Evil Dead Rise. Nub and I watched it not too long ago and weren't overly impressed.

It was an okay horror, but not really in the same feeling of Evil Dead.

Good on your adjuster. I was consulting with a friend who also handled total loss and still handles claim assignments, and they were baffled.

Just stay on them. Don't let them let you slip through the cracks anymore. Sounds like the claim handler be slacking

Alright. Yeah, their insurance should be covering the fees/charges and all out of the property damage side of it.

If they don't have enough on their policy to cover for the total loss and fees, they'll have to send you a letter to agree to the limit only.

But you'll have to be on all their asses

This is assuming the other party's insurance isn't handling /other party had coverage.

Sadly, yeah. Liabiltiy only essentially puts everything on you. Might wanna see if you can just sell it over to the yard if they also handle scrap or salvage. If not, need to contact a salvage yard and see what can be done.
