@schumer.senate.gov are you against resignation because you are the best person for the job or because you are obsessed with power? If you continue leading so poorly the demand to step down will be too loud to ignore. How did McConnell lead so well when in the minority? Why do we have you?

@schumer.senate.gov Watched PBS interview and still believe you erred with the CR. Would a shutdown have hurt? Yes, and that's the point. All Americans, Republicans included, have to feel the pain of Republican policy in order to understand that it is not what they want.

@schumer.senate.gov please resign as minority leader of the Senate. You did the best you could, but it's not enough and you are not up to the task at hand. You are hurting the party as a whole and creating division in our ranks. Now is the time to bring the party together not divide it
