For someone with severe depression and crippling anxiety, I’m always kinda proud of myself for caring enough about myself to have a panic attack. I’m terrified of dying and I think that speaks to my self preservation instincts and way to go, brain. It’s unorthodox but hey that’s showbiz baby.
