I love the movie Yesterday. But, Elenor Rigby is one of my favorite Beatles songs, so it’s both hilarious and frustrating to me that he never remembers all the lyrics. 🤣

I don’t know for sure. But I think the motor in my record player may be giving out. Every now and then a track seems to slow down, then speed back up…

Got busy over the holidays and didn’t pick up my guitar much. Now it feels like I can’t play anything, and keep messing up everything.. One step forward, three steps back…. 😭

Not only is this still one of the greatest movies ever made. It’s still the top soundtrack to any movie ever made. Don’t even try to get me to change this opinion.

As far as conspiracy theories go. The one where Jimi Hendrix faked his death and reinvented himself as Morgan Freeman is my favorite. Gives me hope for new music. At least for a little while longer…

Love that feeling when I put an old record on the turntable, and every single track is perfect. You keep flipping it, and before you know it, you've listened to it three or more times with no intention of stopping.

2024 was a good year for me, guitar wise. Learned a lot and gained a lot of confidence with the instrument. Still no where near where I want to be, good for the little time I actually have for it though. Let’s see what the new year brings.

There are so many damned chord voicings and inversions. I’ve been trying to get all my drop2s down for around a year and still trip all over them. lol How do people keep them all straight?

I’ve tried sooo many different guitar picks over the last couple years. The Max Grip Jazz III’s are the best.
