This is outstanding. It must really make your job fullfilling. Not to be a downer but I have think of Haiti where there is no medical help and gangs roaming the streets. I am happy that i live in USA but I must have compassion on those in need. One thing we can support MSF, Doctors Without Borders.

So much of diet is related to culture which has a big impact on food preference. I could tell stories about central DR Congo but each of us are a function of our own culture and local customs.
