Ford would have to win based on Ontario, Maritimes, and BC voters. Which isn't likely to yield more than a minority gov't. But I still think he can win without Quebec.

Yeah, I think Carney is a mismatch for Poilievre. Even losing leftist voters back to the NDP, I believe Carney would still win because he would pick up votes from progressive Conservatives who didn't really know Carney in the 2025 election.

Conversely, I think Ford would retain those Con voters.

Odds of Ford replacing Poilievre: likely.

Odds of him then winning a federal election: Also likely.

Odds of him being Canada's worst PM ever: Also likely.
