Madness that we have a squad with only 5 midfielders. All the focus in the window was on striker but this is just as bad. Particularly as all 5 play in most games.

As a Celtic fan I’m not really bothered by what happens to Clement. But the language used here calling a human being a disease and talking about death warrants is truly disgusting.

100% agree. He basically said that 1. There is no issue convincing players to come here, 2. Teams weren’t adding an unacceptable premium, and 3. We had all of our planning in place. So that leaves 4. Club refused to stump up the cash!

Very frustrating press conference. He’s clearly pissed off behind the scenes. He said we were organised, getting players to Celtic isn’t an issue, and he didn’t think there was a premium being added. The only remaining option is exactly what we all believe - failing to stump up the cash.

Was Kvistgaarten never a real option then? We seem to have been after him for 18 months and there has never been a denial coming out from the club which suggests he was a target?

Enjoyed it. Although timings bad for UK viewers. Given the holes have all been designed to be massive, goodness knows why a short hitter like Kisner seemed a good idea. They all seem very confused about the “hammer” which is actually a towel?!! Prefer the alternate shot format.

When we persist with the likes of Yang I’m not surprised players leave. There is no route. Watched Glasgow Cup final recently and pretty sure it was Jude Bonnar who played wide left and looked decent.
