Same ride different day, it's a nice route, very little traffic and just what I need to try and build some kind of cycling fitness. Could have done without the downpour on the return but hey, at least it was warm rain 😅

I'll put the faster segments down to the bike more so than my legs but that was a good effort this morning and returning in the drops against a headwind was satisfying (rare event for me to go by folk)...and now to recover before repeating it tomorrow 🍻😉
