I had seen the English remake of a few years ago, but the original was even better. The last of the 4 Kurosawa films at my local cinema and probably the one I liked best. (Ikiru)

#currentread Kolymsky Heights by Lionel Davidson, if Philip Pullman says that it’s the best thriller he has read, it’s worth a try. Even though I don’t like quotes on the front cover. Covers should only feature the title, author, perhaps the publisher and the cover art. Plus maybe the series title.
