i made sourdough focaccia for the first time and it’s so good i think it has easily become a new staple in the household 🤤

I used bread flour instead of ap flour and realized I had been making bread on hard mode this whole time 😭 same percentages and technique, just different flour. These are easily the most successful loaves I’ve made so far and are as delicious as the others 😳

I attempted sourdough again!!! 😳🫣 i used the same recipe and the texture is so much better but the flavor isn’t as pronounced this time. It’s still delicious though and I love seeing improvements with each attempt >:3
