I used to have a big "atheist content watcher" phase like...15 years ago. As far as I can tell, religious debaters still use the exact same tactics as back then, somehow never evolving their talking points at all

also worth pointing out the devs never brought up the original uncensored riding scene features a 16 year old and kept only saying it's a child, which made it particularly easy for both super-prudes and anti-pedo arguments to draw attention to this game. I think that was done on purpose.

right but it's not like the devs were unaware what other themes and scenes their game features. They're well aware they feature other stuff that could easily triggers Steams sensitivities and them not even acknowledging this and going all in on the riding scene is extremely suspicious at best

People should also talk about the devs lying why their game for rejected. I'm not justifying Steam censoring them, but the game is full of scenes that could have triggered the rejection, in hindsight it's super bizarre the devs pretended it must've been about the (rather mundane) horse riding scene
