what’s grounding/helping you through the chaos of these wild + unhinged times? 🤨

here’s a bit of what I got…
* a list of invitations by my teacher #KayaMindlin {alt text has deets}
* my partner + kid; playing games with them #quirkle
* sewing projects
* my sweet dog snoozing
* audiobooks + music

A handwritten list in black ink on a purple sticky note, held by my fingers (that is an invitation to think and consider the list before speaking) which says:

List (minus last point) was shared with me by my teacher Kaya Mindlin, of Yoga with Kaya, in a recent email blast on how to work with the auspicious energy of this New Moon, per the Vedic Astrology tradition- Jyotisha
