I think it’s closely linked with RSD, for me. Like I automatically assume the rejection is there because I’ve failed.
Are you on medication for your ADHD? This is something that helped me.
Also therapy, to reduce my anxiety and RSD traits!

On the other, why would he wait for actual statistics? He never let that hold him back from a false claim before.

I was speaking with a friend recently about how I’m not sure I’ll ever finish reading the Sandman comics (that I’ve owned for years) now. The violent creepy aspects were once part of the story, now they clearly are a part of the predatory author.
