It’s because they can “follow” you! It’s kinda scary. I didn’t know that was a thing until one day I had someone comment and I had no idea who they were. I thought I had my account on decent lockdown.. but apparently not.

Yes! I agree! I’m also trying to get rid of my meta platforms as well. Sad, but I feel it’s the right thing to do, given the circumstances.
