It's always so blatant too, and doesn't matter if they're on console or PC. Opponent gets hit or is about to start an attack string? Lag. Stutter. Freezing.

It is CONSTANT. And literally gets worse with every passing day.

And I know it isn't an issue with my PC, because I only get this in ranked.
