MSP election: two sides of the same coin. Frey capitalized on the weakness of “anybody but him” as an argument, Her used the sentiment as a tool in concert with a vigorous campaign against Carter. Carter banked on inertia the way Frey does but doesn’t have the same nefarious financial/PAC backing.
