Today I visited the beautifully designed cafe, on First Hill in Seattle, Koto Jelly Coffee. They offer a variety of coffee and tea jelly based drinks with several milk/cream options. My Jelly Coffee + Milk, had a lovely dark roasted coffee flavor and was slightly sweet. I will need to go back.
