Yup. Real or perceived. It's the reason I linked to the story about the recent cards made available in PA to those with autism. I thought of printing one out for myself, though I may never need it.

I'll admit I held the thought just briefly, but because I had a sickening feeling months ago that one of the candidates would be attacked, I suppressed it. We still don't know how the rest of this campaign will go. I don't want any more such "heroes." No normalizing political violence.
