I recently realized that Asmongold got mad at a post saying Zohran Mamdani would mandate the teaching of Arabic numerals in schools. Does he not realize that that's required in the United States? In case people don't know, Arabic numerals are literally just: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 0.

Also I have been seeing a lot of people on the right recently claim that socialism is bad and etc. But some of the happiest countries in the world are socialist: Sweden, Norway, Finland, etc. I think a lot people get Socialism and Communism blended together when they are really different.

Can I ask MAGA a question, do you think Donald Trump should be visiting the Senate to help end the peace deal? I mean he has claimed multiple times in the past that if a government shutdown is to occur, he would hope the blame would go on the president.

And I love that the GOP is trying to negotiate but the way they are doing it is concerning. The GOP could just not go through with it after they reopen the government, but hopefully that would not be the case. Thank you for being so polite, this is great political debating.
True, 99% of the GOP want to reopen the government and negotiate differences after. The supermajority of Democrats want to continue the shutdown. I certainly feel sympathetic to our service members the severally disabled and the elderly who are suffering. The able bodied need to get to work.
Both parties have registered voters that rely on the ACA along with medicaid, and by taking it away we will ruin lives. We must come together as the United, United States of America and realize is this what we should be doing with the services that American people rely on.

You are a fool & that is putting it nicely. The Senate requires 60 votes to invoke cloture & end debate (filibuster) on a continuing resolution (CR) to fund & reopen the government. The GOP only has 53 votes. Democrats need to provide 7. It is the Democrats who are keeping the shutdown going moron!
