Building a localization tool for Pokémon FireRed that extracts strings from pokefirered decomp and injects translations back.
Tested with Azure AI translation, added custom characters, and tweaked UI. Very stable with minimal text overflow.
Exports to PO/JSON. Should work with most Gen 3 games.

Engineering a custom scripting language called NEL (Narrative Event Language) for a game I'm developing in #Godot. I've finally got the parser working with Lark for #Python. It's been hell, but at least the syntax highlighting looks nice. :-)
