Went to the zoo today 👀

She's nearly a year old now and has become such an amazing addition to our family <3 I'm so glad shes ours

New house meant new far bigger catio which Vitani loves and means a space for her to relax outside without danger (it took months for her to handle being outside with the door shut, she's experienced life on the streets and didn't care for it)

We were getting ready to move to a different city and knew we'd have to give her back for adoption but we'd nursed her back to health, she'd learned to trust us and was now almost the cuddliest of the cats... so we adopted her and she took the move like a champ!

Luckily after that she turned around, started to consistently put on weight, her eyes stopped weeping and her snot was no longer bloody though it took a month for the sneezing to stop completely

We had already watched her other two siblings die both due to being weak with malnutrition and having no ability to fight cat flu. She had actually been booked in for euth later that day but I wanted to see one of the litter survive so we took her home knowing she might succumb to the flu

A look at Vitani when we very first brought her home. She was in line for euth due to ongoing behaviour issues and cat flu that just wasn't clearing up she was also underweight. At this stage she hissed and ran away more often than not and was still sneezing out blood near constantly

My daughter caught a snail and brought it inside she’s very talented

Wren went for a pack walk the other day! Mostly on leash while she learns but great for confidence

Recent book haul! Some from Xmas or my birthday! Aiming to read 20 books this year so hoping I can get through most of these
