reading Aaron Roth’s notes on calibration by candlelight bc PECO decided to do electrical maintenance from 10pm to 6am
My laptop open to a page in Aaron Roth’s notes on calibration for the “Learning in Games” class I am in. Laptop is on the floor next to a set of shelves with a bunch pillar candles on each shelf.

A desk drawer in my research office at UChicago filled with monster energy cans, mainly the pink ones, but some white ones as well. The drawer also contains a few dollars cash and old spice deodorant. On a whiteboard divider between my desk and the next desk there are random drawings and post-it notes as well as an anti-war message in Russian. I censored my desk neighbor’s foot with some cute emojis.
