Great stuff! I’m still astounded at its accomplishments today as well, it was to me the first game that convinced me video games could convey themselves with cinematic prowess just as films do. Whatever one may say about Kojima, he’s a gifted storyteller.

Sounds like someone has a new game in mind to start 👀

Bummer :( Purolator? Mine shipped from Calgary yesterday, hoping it arrives by tomorrow (and that you’re able to grab yours) 🤞

Just watched your Wii video, excellent stuff.

For me, it’s between SNES and GC, but I’d just slightly give it to the latter. The GameCube evolved its 3D projects from N64 to heights that have stuck with me since. The library is modest compared to SNES, but Prime, Windwaker, Pikmin etc. still hit 😎

Physical for life, my friend. These are the essence of gaming posterity, and I’m grateful too for my collection that will be there years from now to share with my future kiddos 😎🙏

Not yet! I’ve preordered the PS5 Collector’s Edition, but the wait might be a while and I’m keen to try it after a couple more games currently in motion. Enjoy it when you do play!

The candid thoughts you have on Brothership are refreshing, as you seem to have really tried enjoying it. Sometimes it doesn’t click at all, just the nature of our minds in gaming. Keep it up! 😎

Wonderful game, it continued Insomniac’s spirit of thoughtful world design with quirky/humorous character interactions from the Spyro days. The sequel titles on PS2 are even better :)
