Ukraine continues to face disruptions in HIV services with critical shortages in treatment and prevention.

Ukraine: Ukraine is facing critical shortages in HIV treatment and prevention, with key medicines like antiretrovirals and PrEP expected to run out by mid-2025, and HIV test kits by August. Civil society groups are redistributing HIV test kits purchased through local, regional, and other public budget, and urging donors for emergency shipments. The government, with support from UNAIDS, WHO, and the Global Fund, is working to fill urgent gaps. UNAIDS is providing technical support to the government to apply for the Pandemic Fund.
