Have you not been paying attention? Of course SCOTUS can overrule that. Roe, Chevron, etc. There is no real check on the ability of our corrupt SCOTUS to undo everything good previous Courts accomplished.

Oh it's crazy bad. But it's not what *most* Americans want, which is the only reassurance I can take about that election result.
