My preferred running pace is between 6 and 7 minutes per kilometer. I incorporate a longer run on weekends, supplementing this with 3-4 kilometer runs and yoga during the week for a balanced training regimen.

That's cool. Running 16.23 km. I can only do 6km for now. I am trying to increase this gradually.
