We’ve been tent camping while we set up our off grid home. Up walks this guy last night.
The least the cat distribution system could do is send me child support.

In case anyone didn’t believe me. They charge a $32.62 “convenience fee” to pay rent through an app (this is the ONLY way to pay rent).
And our rent on the lease is $980. The other $200+ is mostly sewage for some reason.

In an effort to make our complex more safe after a string of breakins and busted windows, they put in a fence and gate.
Which was nice. Effort appreciated. But there’s a momma deer and baby stuck in here. And we live on a super busy street
