My friend, Jim Silke, passed away last night.
Jim was in a true sense of the word a Renaissance man.
Hollywood screenwriter, novelist, Sam Peckinpah’s art director, Reagan’s speech writer, etc ...all before he broke into the comics for fun in his 60s.
Jim Silke was simply a national treasure.
