Nice color choice. Neoprene, stainless, and anodized alum?

In 1568, a book was printed in Frankfurt am Main: Eygentliche Beschreibung aller Stände - today known as Das Ständebuch, or The Book of Trades. The Swiss-German artist Jost Amman carved the images, and the verses were supplied by Hans Sachs, the famed Nuremberg Meistersinger.

3/4 Persian is a good weave for this. Try a larger AR if it does not want to sit tight.

Don't try to tie the weave in a knot. Instead, first, make a short section of the main body, slightly larger than the know, into a tube. Then, encircle it with a short, narrow ribbon to make it look thicker.

This is a rework of an earlier piece. Originally, the token was simply attached on top of the weave - then it snagged and rings popped open.

Good job! If this is the position you want to wear it in, try splitting it into three parts and using two 45-degree seams. Basically turning it into a U-shape. It should drape better that way.
