Sad news for theater fans: Richard Greenberg, whose plays were so funny, cutting, and elegantly structured, has died at 67. He was best known for Take Me Out, but so much from him is worth revisiting. He was one of those gay writers who viewed wit as a holy mission. He was more than up to the task.
