I haven't seen any official announcements, just tons of artists being banned for it. Similarly, a LOT of JP artists I follow who came here also made announcements they were banned within 24 hours of coming here when the site opened up. Sucks so bad.

Not quite, since Loli and Shota is hard banned here. Most artists are finding out the hard way, and those who weren't chopped are very selective on what they post because of it or just going back to Twitter.
