in zurich there are tacos places that do their own real tortillas i think? there is also a local mexican-run company producing them and you can buy them fresh in the store.

if you can buy extra firm tofu locally, it doesn't do much. but it's a great way to get water out of the unpressed tofu which in some places is the only option.
