I just blocked him so I hope he doesn't see this. Joel is my dad. I went no contact a year ago (I check his socials sometimes, bad idea I know). He is not a licensed professional, actually, his degrees have nothing to do with psychology. I am so sorry for his behaviour I'm genuinely so embarrassed
